Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

Is my information secure? How do you protect my privacy?
We take your privacy very seriously. We use an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption process for online payments. SSL is used to secure credit card transactions, data transfer and logins so you can make purchases safely on our website. It encrypts your data so it remains unknown until it reaches either Stripe or PayPal. Stripe is an online payment processor which enables safe online credit card and debit card payments. Your card information doesn’t go through our server at all but is processed directly on their server so we have no access to your data at any point. PayPal is an online service that enables secure online transactions. If you decide to use PayPal as a method of payment, your information is processed through their server so, again, we have no access to your personal data at any point. Either way, your information is 100% secure.

 

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.

 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
From the time your order is placed, it takes us 2-7 business days to fulfill the order. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less and 98% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. Every item is created and printed individually, just for you and we want to make it amazing. That process takes a bit of time and also depends on the number of orders we already have prior to yours. We always do our best to create our products in the shortest time possible so you can enjoy your newly purchased items as soon as possible.

 

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping within the USA usually takes 3-5 business days, shipping to Canada takes 4-8 business days and shipping to Australia takes 7-16 business days.

 

Can I get my items faster than the standard shipping?
If you need the items you’ve purchased sooner than our standard shipping, you can contact us on trippywardrobe(at)gmail.com (replace (at) with @) and we will send you the express shipping options available for your location. Bear in mind, express shipping is a paid shipping option for all countries we ship to and its price varies depending on your location and the duration of the shipping process you wish to order.

 

How can I track my order?
After we ship your order, you will receive a notification e-mail with the tracking information. We track all of our orders, both domestic and international so you can relax knowing your items are on their way to you!

 

How do you ship my order?
Within the United States, we ship using USPS First Class Mail, FedEx Smart Post and DHL Expedited. For international shipping, we use International Economy With Tracking.

 

What about customs and import duty?
Depending on your state or country, you might be eligible to pay some customs fees. These fees vary so we advise you to research this information if you believe it’s applicable to you.

 

What is your return policy?
If a product is misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days after the product has been received and we will make it right. If a product got lost in transit and never arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery rate. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you have entered an address that’s considered insufficient by our courier or the shipment is unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to us and you will be liable for reshipment costs. We are unable to refund size exchanges so please consult the sizing chart before ordering.

 

What if my item never arrived?
If your product got lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery rate. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

 

Is there anywhere else where I can get the products I see on this site?
No. Our products are unique, we design them ourselves and custom print them for our customers. There is no brick-and-mortar shop where you can get them, no shopping center or clothing store, and no other websites on the Internet.

 

What about pollution and toxicity? Are your clothes safe to wear?
Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable. Also, we use CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks. Your skin is safe with us!

 

Will the patterns and colors disappear after the first wash?
The items we sell are durable and the color doesn’t wash out easily. It’s important to follow our instructions on how to take care and wash the items you bought. With reasonable and proper care, they will stay vibrant and beautiful for a very long time.

 

How can I wash the items I bought?
The recommendations for cleaning and washing all our products are the same. Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean. With proper care, our clothes can stay vibrant and beautiful for a very long time.

 

Are there any mistakes on the products that can be visible?
We print our products using the sublimation process. On certain products, there can be white streaks visible around the seams. Our dresses, crop tops, leggings, yoga leggings and capris are made with a cut & sew process so they are first printed, then sewn. The white streaks usually appear on T-shirts under the armpits but are generally not very noticeable.

 

I love one of your designs on a T-shirt but you don’t have it on leggings. Do you do custom designs?
We can place any of our designs on any product. If you love one of them but it isn’t available on the product you’d like, please contact us and we can do a custom order for you.

 

I’d like to bulk order your products. Is that possible?
