Our return policy includes:
- All claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- If you’ve received a product that’s misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days after you’ve received it and we will make it right. We will either send you a new product or give you your money back, depending on what you prefer.
- If a product you’ve ordered got lost in transit and never arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery time. We track all our items and we will be able to see exactly where it is and why it wasn’t delivered. In this case, we will either send you the product again or give you a refund, depending on what you prefer.
- If the mistake was ours, we will make it right. That is a promise.
Our return policy does not include:
- If you have entered an address that’s considered insufficient by our courier or the shipment was unclaimed, it will be returned to us and you will be liable for reshipment costs.
- We are unable to refund size exchanges so please consult the sizing chart before ordering.
Our return policy sometimes includes:
- We create our products using sublimation printing. One of the trademarks of sublimation printing are white streaks under the armpits on T-shirts and near the stitching. Even though our process is very good quality and we try to make every product as perfect as possible, sometimes white streaks are unavoidable. They are minimal and usually not noticeable. White streaks are not considered damaged or defective as they cannot be completely avoided and are a part of the printing process. However, if the white streaks are very noticeable and you are unsatisfied with your item, contact us and we will either send you a new item or give you a refund.
